A homely weekend.
Trying hard to enjoy the long break, getting as much rest i can afford to :D
Wanted to go out to catch a movie, but then... all get booked up quite fast.


For today's late night dinner, i tried the McDelivery service. Eh... initially wanted to call for KFC, but then the operator advised that it would take 1hr 30mins to delivery !!! due to lots of incoming orders. Looks like its brisk business for KFC during the holiday period.
So i switched to McDonalds.
Surprisingly I can make the order online instead of calling, so cool...... or maybe am i wols..... :D And the best part is it took around 15mins to delivery to my doorstep, after i placed the order and make the online payment. Efficient leh...... or maybe is because late night so not much business :) But nevertheless i like the speed of the service. Good

Completed my reunion dinner just a while back.
Though i would say its just a normal dinner as usual, of cos with better food ;), the feel is just different. Maybe its the purpose behind the dinner, eating with a meaning :D Sound chim.....

My holiday shall start from today :D
Today.. well no work for me. Morning is the office CNY celebration and afternoon i am on leave :)
So literally is just going to office for celebration.

Afternoon, make use of the opportunity, gone down to Chinatown.
Somehow it don't feel right for me without going to walk around Chinatown to get the "feel' of New Year. So i make it a point today. Weather was good... no squeeze crowds, thus can walk around easily. Bought some yummy goodies to stockpile at home as i usually does, though it hardly get finished.

Tmr another 'lobo' day.

Yap... Managed to wake up nicely on time for my driving lesson. Luckily yesterday, there wasn't any happy hour drinking session, else there will be "drunk trainee behind wheels" :D

Anyway.. today, wasn't any proper lesson, its just one of the familiarizations with automatic car, that all manual learners had to go through. My first drive on an auto car, all i can say its relaxing and easy to handle. I like the part where i was given the chance to test the 'speedboosting' function for overtaking, that part was shiok, can feel the power of the engine kick in. Its like a jet fighter turning on its afterburner. Too bad only get to test it twice. After all i turly enjoyed the experience.

After the lesson, the sleepy me headed back home to catch more sleep.
Its tiring....

Its weekend again...
I have started with my Spring-cleaning session today.
Tiring.....
The way to begin the Spring-cleaning process is to pour everything out.
Sounds crazy, but thats the only way to pick out those hidden trashes that had been stockpiling.

Pouring out is easy, but it takes ages to sort things back into order.
And time past fast when busying.... Without warning.. its nearing evening and i've got an appointment to catch. Thus leaving half of the rubbish dump, or maybe more than half uncleared :X


Definitely will be getting back to clear it when i am back :D


Meet up with Mr Aw in the evening and headed down to Paradiz Centre for a makan session at Tao's Restaurant. Just nice, a group of Perfect 10, (Anthony, Charles, Elaine, Jisheng, Weichoon, Weijie, Shufen, Shumin, Shuxian,me), had a private room. A belated birthday makan session for him. Food there not too bad, a 7 course dinner, the steak was nice though.. tender :) Bad point, they room had another session for another round, and we were told to clear up by 8.30pm :( Alamak side-track bit!!! Come to think about it... for such gathering session it had been a long time since i took photos :X Last year was somehow bad, no much photos taken.
Therefor i shall add another resolution for this year: "I must take more photos to fill my gallery" :D
Ok back to story:
After dinner, headed to Plaza Singapura. Walk walk around, then somehow decided to go for a movie over going down to Chinatown. Booked for a show at 2325, leaving ample time to spare. Went to Toastboxn and 'chilledout/warm up', waiting for time to past. :D Had discussion on the come New Year Celebration, to the chalet in Apr,and a holiday in May. So eventually most of the 'big events' for the 1st half of the year had been crafted out. Leaving Mar for pocket tightening ;)

Catch the movie, Rambo 4. Not as exciting compared to the past 3 series; maybe the Rambo getting old, can't do much action :D But still quite shiok in the shooting scenes. It would have been more bloody in the uncut version.

Home sweet home after the movie.
Had been a long time since staying out late at town area and hitching NiteRider back home.
Reached back home, cleaned up and its nearly 3am. Surfed the net abit and realised i had book a driving lesson tomorrow morning, o no... should be 5 hours later :X Shall go to zzZZ now. Hopefully can wake up nicely on time later :D

The start of yet another brand new month.
A month of celebration.... Chinese New Year just round the corner :D

The 'lugi' part here is that this Feb is a leap year...
Meaning an extra day of work...

Ok... wats up for today for me:
Well on a half-day leave. Morning work as usual, nothing happening thankfully :)
1st good news is that the Feb Salary had been credited early due to the New Year,but then it also means the next pay will a far one and a half month away... so loooong... :!
2nd Good News is that this salary got increment abit again :D Last month got abit increment due to some revision thingy, this month is because i had/will be completing my probation period due on 11 Feb ;) !!! Shiok Shiok, what a good start for the year :D Next month is also a good month :D

Afternoon.... headed down to Funan to sent my phone for 'hospitalization'. Sob sob....
Maybe will be 'hospitalize' for 2 weeks... till then... the costing for its 'operation', hopefully is a reasonable amount :X Lunch was KFC at Funan. Think i am having some phobia of MacDonalds... especially its McChicken...

After lunch thought of going down to Chinatown to see see look look and walk walk. But then the weather turns bad. Raining..... :( So headed back home instead.. Reached back home, the cooling weather makes it such a conducive environment to sleep, that i can't help but to headed for the bed :D Spring cleaning leave it till tomorrow bah (>_<)

Had taken a half-leave for tomorrow and also next tuesday. Hoping can relax and maybe do some last minute spring cleaning. But it looks like my tomorrow will heading down to the service centre @ Bugis instead :X Looks like another burning hole in the pocket :(

Argh..... the more i think about it, the more heartbroken i am.....

My next due date: one on 11 Feb, the other on 14 Feb.

Foresee... my good new year holiday will be focusing on the programming ;X

Life as full time worker & part-time student abit 'shiong' escpecially got tough assignments.
Ok... going to get some good rest and recharge up ;)

Starting of the 2nd modules lectures. The best part is the releasing on the 1st assignment. Power..... just started lecture and came the first assignment to be due 2 weeks later :O

But right now i need some sleep first, endure later :D

A day to have a good long rest to recuperate after a week of intensive mental straining.
Valued my rest day very very much :D

Spent my most of my today on lesson...
A full saturday of lecture from morning to evening. Tired out...
2 set of lectures today, concluding all the lectures required for the particular module.
Now only left with tutorials, amssigments and eventually exam !!!!

Today should also be a meetup session with long long no see pals...
Eh... but seems like some miscommunication which leads too nothing :(
Looks like it need better planning & commincation next time.

By rite should be high high morale... but today its by left :)

Since the start of this week, i seems to be eating more :D
Starting with breakfast, lunch, tea-break, before-class-quickie-dinner, after-class-dinner. And that makes a 5 meals a day :-)

Having a mornng meeting tomorrow with a few items to present.
Really have to reach office much earlier to read up and prepare.

Raining now... weather so nice to sleep.
Really hope to sleep more, but think can have a full 6hrs will be a luxury :D

Week #2 of y2008.
If week #1 was a warm up for the year. Then week #2 is where all the "punch" comes in.

A long day to start with.
Its a day of absorbment..... my brain memory running low soon :D

No work today, off for course for today and tomorrow. Shiok ah..... can wake up later abit.
Took MRT down to the course venue. Horrible train ride, all so packed up, luckily only need to tahan for the 2 days :D Headed down to Somerset. Waooo... that place has certainly changed quite a bit, totally different from what i had remmeber of my last seen image. Reaced early with ample time to spare, so headed to Centrepoint to have MacDonald for breakfast


After which, headed to Le Meridien Hotel where the course was held. Took a long time to find the place. The classroom was so secluded away.

After the course, headed down to clementi preparing for my class.
Headed to the Hawker Centre trying to grab some dinner. Ended up having porridge as i am lost of what to eat. But it looks like my dinner schedule will have to be change now.

My 1st 3hrs lecture started today, 7pm -10pm.
Feels abit weird at first thou. I am sooo... tired now.
Tomorrow will be the same again.
Ahzz.... gotta catch more sleep.
